NUE28™ is a controlled release liquid fertiliser designed for foliar application. It provides growers with increased options for foliar nutrition.
NUE28 is a clear 28% (w/w) nitrogen fertiliser solution containing methylene urea polymers and free urea. The methylene urea polymers give NUE28 its controlled release nitrogen properties and contribute to the product's crop safety. The free urea provides the crop with readily available nitrogen. NUE28 has similar properties to naturally occurring nitrogen sources with its high carbon content and low salt index with the benefits of being standardised, compatible and ideal for application using precision agriculture machinery. NUE28 is an excellent option for supplying nitrogen when the crop needs it

Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE)
NUE28 has a significantly higher nitrogen use efficiency than late season soil applied nitrogen. This allows the farmer to reduce their total crop nitrogen application and reduce the crops carbon footprint.

The method of foliar application and NUE28's physical properties result in reduced nitrogen losses through volatilisation and leaching. NUE28 also has a higher efficiency as a nitrogen source for the crop, when compared to alternative sources of nitrogen such as nitrates. NUE28 gives the farmer options to "play the season" and feed the crop in line with the crops demands and yield potential throughout the growing season.
